You can book an activities or classes on Socialkids.com or through the mobile app. On the website, click the view kid’s activities and go through the search process and select type of activity and category. Pick the activity you want to try and select “Book Activity,” and click book activity again to confirm your purchase. Once you’ve confirmed, your purchase will show up in your upcoming activity --you can view any upcoming activity or classes by tapping ‘Upcoming’ at the bottom of the screen. The partner studio will automatically receive a record of your purchase. You will also receive a reminder email before each activity starts that will include all the information you may need about what to bring, when to arrive, and where to find the location.
Check "My Account” first to see if your order went through. Make sure that your purchase isn't violating any terms in the Fine Print (e.g. Limit 1 per kid). Our system accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit or debit cards from the US. We also accept Apple Pay when you use the app.
You can see your friend’s activities or classes and Favorites by clicking on the “Profile” tab in the lower right corner of your screen. From there, click on “Friends” and then the select the friend you’d like to see. Their Upcoming activities, Past activities, and other friends will show up.
To reset your password, login to your Socialkids account and visit your Account Settings page. Under the 'Password' section, click 'Update your password' and input your new password.
Your username is listed at the bottom of the page when you click into “Find Friends.” It’s a combination of your name and numbers, so it might look something like “john12345.” There is no ability to change your username at this time.
You can search for activities by category, location, date, time, and features. Once you’ve found an activity that you want to attend, click “Book Activity” and you will purchase and receive a confirmation email.
You can update your email address via the My Account of your homepage.
We take security very seriously and have put measures in place to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of any information under our control. All purchases are transmitted over secure internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology.
Your profile picture will be seen by your friends and when someone searches your name, so be sure to pick your best selfie! To change your picture, click on the Profile tab in the lower right corner and tap on the circle above your name. You’ll be able to chose an image from your phone’s library or take a picture
If you don’t want a friend anymore, no hard feelings! To unfriend someone, you would click on their name from your friends list, click on the top right icon, and click on the “Unfriend” button. When you do this your friend is not notified
